The LSO relies on donations of all sizes, and on dues paid by our members, to fund all expenses associated with preparing for and presenting two annual concerts free to the public at Hill Auditorium. The LSO also receives administrative support from its parent organization, the U-M Health System’s Gifts of Art Program. Gifts of Art is supported, in part, by the FRIENDS of the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers, as well as through grants, donations and art sales.
The Life Sciences Orchestra is self-supporting, and we hope all who enjoy our music and believe in our unique role in the University community will consider giving.
